Delete your Tinali account

From the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and data.
3. Read what will be removed, type DELETE, and confirm.

If your account uses Apple, you may need to confirm Apple sign-in so we can revoke its authorization. If a connection is interrupted, retry deletion. No support conversation is required for deletion in the app.

Without the app

Email support@tinali.app with the subject “Tinali account deletion” from your account’s email address. State that you want your Tinali account and data deleted. Do not include your password. We will verify ownership and confirm completion; allow up to 30 days for an assisted request.

What is removed

Your account and sign-in details, player name, leaderboard entry, levels, game history, category statistics, notification registrations, and unused lifelines are removed. Guest accounts can also be deleted in the app. Deletion is permanent.

Purchases and retained records

Account deletion does not issue refunds. Contact the store for refund requests. A one-way purchase fingerprint can be retained to prevent duplicate grants, without your player identity. RevenueCat cleanup may take up to 30 days; only the identifier needed to complete that request is retained while it is pending. Apple and Google may keep records required by law. Database recovery copies expire within 30 days. Read our privacy policy for details.
